Josh is a passionate, measurement-oriented interactive marketer with a penchant for SEO, web analytics, and conversion rate optimization. He joined the world of interactive marketing after years as a business consultant, business systems analyst, and project manager, and is a strong advocate for smart KPIs and listening to the voice of the customer.
As a Senior Online Marketing Manager at Rasmussen College, Josh leads a team of content marketers and SEOs in the effort of helping Minnesotans learn more about higher education options in areas such as business, web design, and marketing.
Outside of Rasmussen, Josh furthers his commitment to interactive marketing knowledge through his Internet marketing blog, and through commitment to the programming quality, value, and relevance of MIMA events.
