MIMA and TECHdotMN are proud to present a day of iOS Strategy, Design & Development Workshops on May 13, 2011. The event includes (4) 1.5-hour workshop sessions in the Briefing Room at the Apple Store, Uptown (3018 Hennepin Ave., Minneapolis, MN 55408). The workshops will consist of intimate conversations and discussions about iOS in addition to presentations by the following speakers:

• 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Decisions in Mobile Development - Dan Wick, CTO of RedStamp and Erin Newkirk, CEO of RedStamp
• 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Function Meets Design - Aaron Shapiro, Evan Carpenter and Jesse Ross of Sevnthsin
• 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Developing: The Successes, Mistakes and Joys - Wade Beavers, CEO of DoApp
• 3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. The Business of Developing - Rob Weber, VP/Co-Founder of W3i, and Justin Grammens and Damon Allison of Recursive Awesome

Mobile transactions are enabled by 43% of corporations who have a mobile-optimized website or application. According to Burson-Marsteller, 62% Fortune 50 companies are using mobile apps.
