Garrick Van Buren runs Working Pathways, Inc., a customer experience strategy company. He helps companies like Sun Microsystems, Target, Orbitz.com develop and maintain a customer-centric web presence.
Garrick co-founded and contributes to the MNteractive.com and PodcastMN.com communities, and continues to publish one of the first podcasts - The First Crack Podcast, he also occasionally writes for Minnov8.com. His latest project is Cullect.com - a feed reader designed for work groups.
Greg Swan
Social media strategist, Weber Shandwick; music blogger, citizen journalist, egoist
An expert at monitoring blogosphere buzz, Greg uses this expertise to inform client campaigns on brand, product and trend issues. He’s also an avid blog reader and trend spotter, as well as an active member of PRSA and MIMA. Greg is always looking for ways to take a more active role in defining and shaping the fields of public relations, advertising and marketing.
In his free time, Greg runs a music blog, PerfectPorridge.com, and is co-captain of Metroblogging Minneapolis, a citizen-journalism online community.
Mike Keliher

Mike’s works in Web development, technology support services, print journalism and public relations. These skills, mixed with a wealth of early-adopter geekdom, give him a knack for helping businesses figure out “What’s this?” and “What can it do for me?”
At Provident Partners, Mike leads the public relations projects and helps clients understand and learn to use social media tools like blogs, podcasts, Twitter and more. Mike also helps with the technical side of the production of Provident Partners’ Marketing Edge podcast.
