Immediate Opening:  Recruitment Advertising Account Executive

Account Executive Job Duties:

·         Cross sell multiple product lines in advertising to meet your client’s needs and introduce them to the family of TwinCites.com/Pioneer Press solutions including:  Monster.com, behavioral targeting, geographic targeting, mobile, e-mail, ad network solutions, SEM as well as traditional print advertising.

·         Create customized print and online advertising recommendations that help local employers & staffing agencies meet their business goals.

·         Actively seek out new business to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. 

Requirements:

2+ years of full time business to business sales experience generating leads, cold calling, closing business and managing clients. 

Experience calling on HR/recruiting industry preferred. 

Experience with digital media preferred

Successful sales track record in meeting sales goals.

Superior communication, organizational and time management skills.
