Account Experience Manager Jingit  

Account Experience Manager
The Account Experience Manager's primary mission is to support and deepen the existing relationship with our Clients (advertiser). The individual will help define the Account Experience process and mentor/coach any Account Experience Specialists assigned to mutual accounts. While our Direct Sales force will reach and initially bring in the Client, the Account Experience Manager will retain, support and "farm" the Client account, by understanding the day to day activities of the account within the Jingit environment and platform. The Account Experience team will have a core responsibility to retain the accounts, and find ongoing and growth sales opportunities within those accounts. Account Experience Manager will identify additional revenue opportunities and collaborate with Sales to close the business. 

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to upsell accounts on future Jingit opportunities, thus representing Jingit "farming" sales activity. This will be driven by seeing and gaining insight of account activity throughout ongoing account communication with the client as well as general oversight on managing the day to day activities of sponsor accounts
  • Support pre-sale stage as needed to ensure proper handoff after initial sale to AEM team
  • Upon sale, take client handoff, and then manage and grow revenue inside the account. Identifying opportunities for Sales and collaborate with them to close the business
  • Provide strategic recommendations, research, and trends to leadership pertaining to client performance on Jingit and our product mix
  • Work with leadership to help form and continue to evolve the "Client" dashboard product for ongoing product refinement
  • Work and update CRM tool
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • 5-8 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Fantastic ability to build relationships
  • Engaging personality
  • Strategic curiosity and knowledge in interactive/digital space
  • Project management experience
  • Previous experience in software, digital or advertising agency
  • General MS Office Suite
