Bolin Marketing is seeking a client services professional who is experienced in managing national brand clients and their digital strategies. This individual will be a key leader in Bolin’s efforts to define and activate our clients’ brands in the interactive, social media and mobile space.

  

The Account Supervisor is specifically responsible for the relationship between the agency and clients. He/she confirms client objectives, and works with the agency team to assure these objectives are effectively met using a broad suite of digital solutions. The Account Supervisor is the key day-to-day agency representative for the client and maintains a highly responsive service orientation.

  

The immediate opportunity is to work with a client in the consumer packaged goods category with a portfolio of nationally recognized brands.  The position reports to the Senior Vice President, who also actively works on this account.

  

Responsibilities:

 * Manage the relationship with Brand Managers and other client team members, with the goal of maintaining a high level of client satisfaction

 * Contribute to the development of digital strategies that align with client goals, including an annual plan with measurable goals

* Attain P&L targets by effectively managing the existing base of business and by securing new business opportunities within the client organization

* Leadership of the cross functional team that works on the account, which includes Project Management, User Experience, Design, Technology, QA and Accounting

* Serve as the client’s voice to the Bolin team – ensure that team is informed of client decisions and discussions that influence their work

* Actively manage the day-to-day operations of the account, including oversight of all projects and issue resolution

* Act as the primary point of contact with other partner agencies, including coordination of project reviews, obtaining approval when needed, and assisting project management in obtaining assets & specifications

* Actively participate in internal reviews, providing strategic guidance and representing the voice of the client.

* Effectively manage the project development process, which includes a series of checkpoints from strategic  or functional leaders at key decision points

* Manage the account P&L through active monitoring of revenue forecasts and project profitability, with clear communication about risks and opportunities

* Create and distribute appropriate documentation of client interactions, including items for the client and the Bolin team

* Create and distribute Project and Creative Briefs

* Finalize and distribute Statements of Work (SOW) and Change Orders

* Schedule and lead client reviews of key projects

 

Requirements:

 * 6-8 years of professional account management experience, preferably in an agency environment with a digital focus

* Working knowledge of online promotions, digital and social media, web and social analytics, email marketing, online advertising, SEO, SEM, web technologies, and brand strategy

* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

* Proven ability to build a professional relationship with a client, and move from vendor status to being a trusted partner

* Effective skills in developing and making presentations, written communications, persuasive selling and conflict management

* Ability to manage projects which include a large number of components that must be synchronized and integrated into a cohesive program

* Experience in creating and managing budgets for a wide range of projects

* Knowledge of Stage Gate, Agile, and other development methodologies

* Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite with minimal administrative support
