Job Description:

Inergize Digital is seeking an advertising assistant to report to the advertising manager. As the advertising assistant, your primary role will be to partner with the advertising manager to provide clients digital advertising support and service. Our clients are local media companies, including television and radio stations, newspapers and magazines.

Core Responsibilities:

·         Manage aspects of mobile advertising for clients’ mobile applications and websites, including advertiser and content block lists; set up ad network accounts for new applications; test ad networks, ad strategies and mobile websites; and assist clients with local ad sales

·         Assist with revenue reporting for national and remnant campaigns for online, mobile and video campaigns

·         Work closely with the Client Services team to answer online and mobile advertising questions

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Advertising or Marketing degree preferred

Work Experience:

• One year of broadcast, website or mobile advertising experience; internship experience is acceptable

Knowledge and Skills:

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record meeting deadlines
• Works well independently and in a team setting
• Ability to work proactively and effectively within a fast-paced, complex and dynamic environment
• High level of self-direction, self-motivation and energy
• PC skills required
