Job Title: Advertising  Manager

Job Description

As the advertising manager, your primary role will be to oversee all aspects of digital ad campaign fulfillment, train and support our clients and manage all advertising vendor relationships. Our clients include local media companies such as television and radio stations, newspapers and magazines.

The advertising manager leads the advertising assistant and reports to the senior vice president and general manager.

Core Responsibilities:

• -- Accurately set-up national advertisers and campaigns in AdJuggler and mOcean mobile.
• -- Test national ads to ensure flawless delivery, tracking and reporting.
• -- Troubleshoot ad delivery issues with clients and advertising system vendors.
• -- Provide detailed data to create monthly revenue reports for Inergize Digital and its clients.
• -- Train and support new and existing clients on advertising systems.
• -- Produce documentation and videos to support on-demand and continuing education.
• -- Evaluate third-party advertising opportunities to increase national advertising revenue.
• -- Understand website and mobile ad functionality and delivery to support client inventory management, geo-targeting and contextual advertising.

Qualifications

Education

• -- Bachelor’s degree required; advertising or marketing degree preferred.

Work Experience:

• -- Three years of digital advertising experience

Knowledge and Skills:

• -- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• -- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• -- Strong website and mobile technical acumen to communicate with product development.
• -- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

-- Excellent negotiating skills.

-- Work proactively in a fast-paced, complex and dynamic environment.

-- High level of self-direction, self-motivation and energy.

• -- Proficiency with software applications, including Microsoft Office, HTML, AdJuggler, DART, LiveRail, mOcean mobile and other digital advertising systems.
