The Art Director is responsible for the creation and execution of interactive media. The Art Director works with a multifunctional team of designers, developers, marketers (seo and branding) to create innovative and usable solutions that satisfy needs spanning ecommerce, digital storytelling, mobile, and digital experiences.

Academic/Educational Requirements: Interaction Design Degree/Diploma or Graphic Design Degree/Diploma

You must have:
- 3+ years of proven interactive art direction experience
- A deep desire to experiment and learn from others
- Equal parts leadership and humility within our multidisciplinary, collaborative teams
- An unflappable sense of calm in the face of an intense, creative and fast-paced environment
- Expert and proven design, typography, interactive skills
- Agency experience

Mastery of:
- Expert Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, After Effects, Video
- Experience leading designers on multiple projects from concept to launch
- Passion for Pop Culture, Entertainment, Video and Online Gaming, Movies, TV, Art, Design, Technology

• 7+ years experience in a digital marketing role
• Strong storyboard skills
• Excellent knowledge of digital best practices
• Outstanding skills in Interaction Architecture, typography, animation, style guide creation, video production
• Passion for interaction design, touch screen design, and mobile platforms
• Strong understanding of HTML, HTML5, CSS, and Flash
