GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB:  
 
Work closely with the Digital Planner/Buyer to ensure flawless execution of digital campaigns from RFPs through billing. Update client documents and assist in the development of media plans. Learn and know the processes and procedures of the day-to-day running of the account.
 
Specific Responsibilities:
·         Keep up with day-to-day management of the media plan
·         Manage the sending and confirmation of insertion orders
·         Review and ensure media buys are properly executed
·         Manage campaign launches by gathering screenshots and launch reports
·         Monitor campaign performance through regular delivery reporting
·         Prepare flowcharts, run reach/frequencies and balance budgets of media plan using Excel, PowerPoint and planning specific software
·         Provide research and reports for Planners to write POVs and recommendations to determine whether appropriate choice for use
·         Issue campaign specs to creative agency
·         Traffic creative to selected sites on the media plan
·         Manage sending and confirmation of 3rd party ad serving tags
·         Meet with sales reps to analyze value and applicability of media vehicles/tactics for media plan
·         Assist in development of media strategy and recommendation and helping with elements of client presentations
·         Maintain invoices by ensuring receipt and prompt payment through the approval process
·         Coordinate month-end billing process
·         Manage daily duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all documents
 
Requirements:
§ Bachelor’s degree or coursework in related industry strongly preferred
§ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
§ Aptitude to perform basic math calculations
§ Detail oriented, strong organizational and planning skills
§ Keep abreast of new media opportunities and developments and share information with the team/agency
§ Self-motivated, success driven individual with a proven track record
§ Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
§ Ability to multi-task and meet conflicting priorities as well as successfully manage day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment
§ Works well in team environment
