Our client engagements include a major loyalty program for one of the world’s most recognized brands . . . and we now have an exciting entry-level opportunity for an Associate Client Services Manager (ACSM).

The ACSM supports the team to ensure deliverables and dates are met and that all phases of client projects from requirements/design through delivery/deployment are successful.

Responsibilities include:

•     Provide support to the Client Services Manager(s) to ensure that they can provide clients with a clear understanding of project status/deliverables and complete documentation as requested
•     Create and manage project documentation to ensure timely, accurate and on-budget delivery of client projects (e.g.: project schedules, budgets, communications plans and more as needed)
•     Track, understand and report on project progress as requested
•     Occasionally manage creative deliverables under the supervision of a Client Services Manager

Qualifications:

•     BA in business, marketing or a related field
•     1-2 years of relevant experience including interactive marketing
•     Demonstrated communication skills
•     Ability to address and resolve conflict while preserving key relationships
•     Knowledge of and passion for marketing principles and solutions
•     Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
•     Able to quickly demonstrate competence with project management tool(s) and become familiar with best practices
•     Demonstrated history of leadership and responsibility
•     Previous agency experience is strongly preferred
