Position Overview:
Provide value-added client support, development and maintenance of Jobs2web business intelligence (BI) application for the Talent Acquisition industry. This includes managing a portfolio of clients, report design and development, product maintenance, managing user accounts, documentation and analysis. Project management, creative problem solving, and strong client focus required to anticipate, identify, research and resolve technical product and client project issues. Primary report development to be done using WebFOCUS. Prior experience with WebFOCUS not required, but candidates must demonstrate data savvy and advanced Excel skills. 
What you'll do
- Client / Recruiting focus and high quality standards during implementation to ensure success, which includes meeting Jobs2Web product standards to achieve 100% client satisfaction and product renewals. 
- Project management to ensure efficient delivery of value add client reporting. 
- Provide a critical eye on product look and feel, suggest and implement design improvements. 
- Administrative support: work with data architect to audit results, debug errors, set-up client users and maintain data security. 
- Maintain up-to-date product documentation and process reporting. 
- Innovation: research new reporting techniques and “push the envelope” to provide innovative reporting in a rapidly changing talent acquisition industry. 
What you'll need - Desired Skills
- Education: University degree in related field including HRIR, Business, or HRIS.
- Prior HR experience, preferably related to Recruiting / Talent Acquisition. 
- Experience supporting demanding internal or external clients.
- MS Excel and MS Access power user.
- Strong understanding of datasets and dimensional analysis of data.
