Client Services Intern

Atomic Playpen, a Twin Cities based Advertising and Interactive Firm, is seeking an Intern to assist in our Client Services Department.

The Position is a full-time paid internship in a fast-paced, advertising agency environment. The position requires someone who is detail focused, organized and able to multi-task. This position will require managing multiple interactive projects, with lifecycles ranging from two days to six months. Candidates must possess good communications skills, be a self starter, willing to ask questions, have great attention to detail and be a team player.

 
Responsibilities include:

·         Coordinate and track project issues

·         Assist Account and Project Management in daily project activities

·         Preparation of status reports

·         Assist in QA efforts

·         Analyzing site traffic data

·         Manage, evaluate and respond to change requests, bugs, etc.

·         Assist in resource management

·         Front Desk duties

·         Scheduling meetings

·         Preparing contact reports and meeting minutes

Requirements:

·         Business, marketing or communications education

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products

·         Willingness to learn

·         Ability to multi-task

·         Basic understanding of the lifecycle of web development

·         Basic understanding of print production process a plus
