Client Services Manager

Position Overview
Three Deep Marketing is actively seeking a proactive Client Services Manager.  This position is a blend of Interactive Project Manager and Account Manager. This person will need to interface with internal teams as well as clients and other agencies. 

Scope
Work collaboratively with teams and Subject Matter Experts to execute website strategy, design and development; email design and deployment, reporting and analytics, Paid Search, Search Engine Optimization, Display ads, Social Media and mobile programs.

Responsibilities

• Ability to communicate directly with clients regarding project deliverables, status reporting and requirements gathering. Nearly all client and partner agency communications are remote so experience managing teams and relationships via e-communication and telephone is a must.
• Experience in creating proposals, SOW, project requirements and schedules for small projects or routine maintenance work.
• Will be required to organize, track, and perform all of the discrete tasks required to develop and deploy new client programs/systems including editorial, content, design, information architecture, web development, search (paid and organic), marketing optimization and social media programs.
• Manage multiple, simultaneous project schedules working under direction of cross-functional team members that may include internal and external resources
• Track budgets and forecast overages before they are incurred
• Risk management – identification, mitigation planning and escalation
• Lead client meetings and ensure follow up on all discussions internally and externally
• Must have ability to lead individuals who are not direct reports

Qualifications

• Experience with project management tools for documentation and tracking
• Ability to think creatively & bring innovative solutions to marketing challenges
• Exceptional communication, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment
• Ability to work independently and in a group setting
• Familiarity with basic marketing concepts and internet search technology
• Demonstrated technical aptitude with the following types of technology:

·         Web analytic programs
·         Email deployment programs
·         Paid and organic search platforms
·         Database and/or SQL platforms

·         Ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment.  Same day turnarounds frequently required, and priorities change quickly.

·         Good communication skills with teams, clients and other agencies
·         Flexibility to figure things out while processes are being defined

Education & Experience

• 5-10 years of project management and/or account management
• Agency experience strongly desired
• BA/BS required or equivalent business experience
• CPG, Health Care or B2B experience a plus
