Job Title: .com Operations Analyst – Marketing
Location: Richfield, MN
 
Description: The .com Operations Analyst is a key member of the Loyalty Marketing Operations team supporting the overall loyalty program.  This role supports Loyalty Business, Financial Services and Enterprise Customer Care teams.
 
This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, positive professional attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
 
Critical Functions: 

  • Work comfortably and professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
  • A strong business process and operations background is required.  The sensitive nature of customer data demands strict attention to detail and the adherence to formal standards and processes (privacy, security, etc.)
  • Provide project support within an e-commerce environment
  • Provide daily support of level 3 (website) problem support for the loyalty program.
  • Manage a variety of tasks and research requests from many different areas.
  • Identify customer’s loyalty account and purchase activities for potential reseller abuse activity. Process cancellation of  loyalty accounts with reseller activity.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4 years of operations experience
  • 4 years operations experience
  • 2 years project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (marketing, business)
  • Retail and/or loyalty program experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change

 
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Breeze and LSP applications – would be a plus.
  • Experience with credit card processing and support – would be a plus.
