Position: UX Analyst

Location: Richfield, MN

Start Date: Immediately

Rate: DOQ

We are looking to hire a contract User Experience Analyst to support projects at a large retail client’s User Experience team.  We are looking for this resource to start immediately. 

Description of Responsibilities:

·         UX team design phase support  - 25%

·         Owns the content management process for the project – 25%

·         UAT point of contact and lead for the UX team – 50%

·         Participates in go live activities including content creation, preview testing, smoke testing and overnight release support.

Description of Skills:

·         Past experience working in a functional role on a web development project

·         Experience working with User Experience teams

·         Customer-focused

·         Quality assurance / user acceptance testing experience

·         Past work within content management systems.
