And we’re looking for an experienced Creative Director who can help us do that. Your mission will be to drive the overall creative vision for all agency clients and the agency’s creative culture; lead the creation and execution of ideas that are strategic and innovative, meeting client objectives and exceeding their expectations. 
If you are…
Ø a creative director with at least seven years’ experience leading creative teams, preferably with emphasis on digital and visual/design, medical device and/or healthcare experience
Ø a thought leader in the evolution of digital marketing capabilities and an expert in translating leading edge capabilities into strategic advantage for clients
Ø able to inspire and motivate staff to develop extraordinary work, and instill a collective sense of ownership and engagement
Ø a proven promoter of continual creative improvement and an active contributor to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability
Ø successful in leading core creative teams to bring about strategic, innovative, creative ideas that are viable and relevant
Ø all about collaborating to get outstanding work done in an upstanding way  
Ø more about the client and the agency than about your portfolio
