Designer (interactive) Strategist

We are seeking an experienced designer to join our team at Catalyst Studios. Our company helps organizations tackle challenges with experience-focused, human-centered, and strategic solutions -- anything from an iPad app that reinvents an organization to a website that changes peoples’ jobs overnight to a never-been-done before online event that captivates an audience. At Catalyst Studios, you will get to work on projects like:



• Discovering and creating completely new digital products/services with large organizations and the occasional startup
• Consulting with Fortune 500 clients to invent the next project.
• Taking someone’s pain point within an organization and turning it into something that everyone loves.

Specific Skills
We're looking for passionate, flexible, and raw talent. We're looking for people with significant experience in:

- design strategy + problem solving (a lot of our work lives in this space)
- design/creativity...there’s an art to our work, whether that’s interface design or motion 

Your portfolio should include pieces from multiple platforms and devices and at least 3 years of professional experience as an interaction designer or equivalent.
