REPORTS TO:                                           Interactive Creative Director

JOB SUMMARY:

                  You will be working with a team of online experts to create high impact interactive work. The major responsibilities to this position involve developing websites, mobile applications and online media This includes using existing knowledge and leveraging technologies to solve creative and technical problems.  You will be using industry standards to create clean user centric designs to help build our clients brands.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Develop websites, emails and online banners
• Develop mobile applications
• Develop data-driven Flash experiences for the web
• Translate information architecture documents into technical design
• Creative problem solving for technology
• Interactive application and technical design
• Work with creative team on integrated campaigns
• Extend big ideas into Interactive designs
• Work with Interactive Producers to stay on time and budget
• Present projects to internal and external teams
• Ensure the quality and completeness of deliverables
• Assist Interactive Producer in upfront definition of business requirements
• Perform other essential duties from time to time to meet the changing needs of Martin|Williams

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver)
• Understanding of online video, mobile, social, and physical concepts
• Understanding of web typography and color
• Knowledge of web usability and information architecture
• Knowledge of technical architecture
• Knowledge of web and database servers
• Knowledge of traditional web development (HTML, CSS, XML, ASP, .NET, OOO)
• Knowledge of client-side web development (JavaScript, ActionScript2 and 3)
• Ability to explain complex interactive to a varied audience
• Strong written and verbal skills

PREFERRED MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• 2+ years web development experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent)
• 2+ years of experience with technologies including: .NET, HTML, DHTML, CSS, AJAX, Flash, PHP, ASP, and JavaScript
