Digital Account Manager
Infinity Direct has an immediate opening for a self-directed individual with excellent communication and account management skills and knowledge of digital design and front/back end services to join our growing digital team. The ideal individual should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and have experience in the digital marketing industry. Our environment is fast-paced and challenging and we are looking for someone who thrives on both.

Position Summary
Digital account manager will work with clients, business development and account personnel on the digital aspects of new and existing projects and will work closely with digital project manager to integrate with the digital design and development team. Main responsibilities will be the facilitation of digital projects, including working with business development team in promoting digital services, presentations proposals, estimates, statements of work and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• • Collaborate and communicate with account and business development team, clients and potential clients – including support, training and identifying opportunities
• • Build relationships between agency, key clients and prospects
• • Assist project manager with estimation, budget, timeline and scope on mid- to large-sized projects
• • Conduct ongoing analysis of projects, scope and strategies
• • Leverage existing project management software for workflow and reporting
• • Draft and refine proposals and statements of work
• • Give written and oral presentations to staff and clients
• • Create presentations and pitch materials
• • Proactively seek out opportunities to increase profitability
• • Collect and document project requirements
• • Must be able to discern between light and dark roast
