StoneArch Creative is seeking an experienced, highly creative Digital Designer, who will create and execute interface concepts, and design and produce all aspects of an interactive project’s presentation layer, including all graphic elements. We’re looking for a collaborative self-starter who can:

•       Translate a site’s strategy or the client’s online strategy into a user interface design that makes the user's interaction as simple and efficient as necessary and helps the client accomplish their goals.

•      Translate brand standards, information architecture and business analysis into compelling user-friendly designs.

•       Be responsible for the overall look and feel of all interactive projects from a graphics and usability perspective.

•       Optimize and create images, graphics, and other rich media for assigned projects using Photoshop and Flash to support Interactive & Motion Media projects.

•      Collaborate with creative, development and backend programmer teams to render graphic designs into a fully functioning presentation layer, utilizing front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS, Flash, JavaScript and JQuery.

•      Ensure designs are usable and intuitive, based on industry and/or department standards and principles, and follow the very latest in best practices for the web.

•       Bring a sophisticated, modern style palette to the agency and communicate digital and design trends to the rest of the group.

•        Think beyond web sites. Today's digital interactions take place on multiple devices and screens. Be able to translate strategy and design into web sites, tablets, mobile devices, touch screens, and more.

•      Generate many highly creative approaches to any given interactive challenge.

•       Produce small-scale interactive projects: banners, HTML emails, and Flash-based presentations, etc.

Qualifications:  Minimum of three years interface design experience, preferably with an agency focus. Proven web design success as a lead web designer. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
