QUALIFICATIONS:  

• 1-2 years experience in web design required
• Strong design skills a must
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, & Flash required
• Understanding & ability to work with PHP, JavaScript, XML, SQL is a plus
• Experience in video editing is also a plus
• Strong attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working as a team member with the ability to establish & maintain good working relationships
• Ability to follow directions but take initiative when need
• Ability to work on short deadlines and in pressure situations

  DUTIES:   

• Design banners, graphics, web pages, web sites & more for Hubbard Radio station brands
• Design & develop materials for clients
• Work with Internet Project Coordinator & Account Managers to make sure client/manager expectations & deadlines are met
• Carry out basic web projects from start to finish
• Work in a team environment to help improve station web sites, develop client initiatives
• Works cooperatively and collaboratively with other departments; Builds working relationship with coworkers, customers, vendors, and general public
• Works on print design projects as assigned such as logos, business materials, merchandise, signage, etc.
• Facilitates listener email blasts from each stations' listener database
• Ensures all Internet standards are met & stations do not intentionally violate any standards
• Researches new ways to serve Internet users & provides recommendations to Director of Digital Media
• Ability to work other hours or alternate schedules as needed or required to complete a project or task
