The Global Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for establishing tracking and analysis of digital marketing metrics.  This includes, but is not limited to analysis and tracking of website traffic and activity, lead nurturing platform activity and scoring, marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI analysis, measurement and tracking of SEO, SMM and SEM, and social media listening analysis. 

  

The Global Digital Marketing Analyst is expected to be a leader that will build and shape digital measurement and tracking activities within the company.  In conjunction with the Global Digital Marketing Manager, this person will support internal education and keep the organization abreast of emerging trends and opportunities and will produce value added analysis and insights to help drive the business. The successful candidate will have deep experience in measurement and analysis using a variety of multivariate analytical methods. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Drive the vision and thought leadership on which digital marketing activities to measure and develop the processes to collect and analyze the data
  • Establish reporting mechanisms and dashboards that clearly communicate progress and effectiveness of tracked entities and activities
  • Work effectively in a cross-functional and global environment to build creditability and trust with key internal stakeholders
  • Provide insight and analysis to business leaders and demand generation specialists to aid in refining and improving marketing programs and processes
  • Measure and provide direction for improvement of Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization
  • Source and operate key tools and software that will add capability and value to measurement activities
  • Leverage social listening tools to provide direction to marketing managers, demand generation specialists and executive leadership
  • Develop best practices and recommendations for additional measurement dimensions to support global marketing activities

  

Qualifications: 

 

  • 5+ years of experience in establishing measurement systems for marketing processes and campaigns
  • BA/BS degree in statistics, math, one of the social sciences or similar is required; Advanced degrees is strongly preferred
  • Hands on experience with multivariate analytical techniques and advanced statistical modeling
  • Self-motivated, directed person; ability to build strong, lasting business relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix management organization
  • Proven history of managing complex measurement projects and conducting advanced analysis
