This position is responsible for supporting ABRA’s vision and goals through collaboratively planning and leading the development and implementation of digital marketing projects and online campaigns that drive traffic and leads to the corporate website. This key marketing position is directly responsible for delivering results that positively affect the bottom line.

Responsibilities: 

  1. Own all online marketing initiatives intended to drive leads and customers to the ABRA brand. Responsible for producing content for the website and online marketing efforts ensuring all content is consistent to brand and design guidelines across all channels of communication.  Provide recommendations and best practices for emerging online marketing opportunities and tactics to achieve ABRA’s organizational objectives and sales goals.  In partnership with sales and other departments, deliver guidance and expertise to execute interactive programs and projects from concept to completion ensuring deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met – integrate online with offline.
  2. Owner of SEM and SEO, from strategy development to hands-on coordination implementation and campaign management.
  3. Assist in writing and editing copy for a variety of e-communications including website, blogs, e-newsletters and emails
  4. Website -Coordinates the execution of the website, ensuring that new content is developed and uploaded in a timely manner, keeping the website current and search engine optimized. Identify, document, and coordinate opportunities which will improve website SEO. Foster relationships with outside vendors, digital experts and other external partners, as well as monitor web usage and provide statistics to measure growth and brand awareness.
  5. Monthly Newsletters & Weekly Email Blasts – work with the graphic designer for creative and technical aspects of online Initiatives, including content prep, proofing, testing, and launch.
  6. E-Mail Marketing – responsible for the technical and tactical aspects of all email marketing campaigns, including  broadcast management, tracking results, database management, analysis of performance data, and making recommendations for program improvements.
  7. Social Media -- responsible for staying current on all social media tools and outlets - recommend strategies appropriate to the brand and business. Distribute content via social media tools to raise brand awareness, develop social media presence and inspire interaction with customers, consumers, and industry partners. Develop and maintain reports and analyze data from web analytics and social media monitoring - adjust strategy accordingly to deliver maximum ROI.
  8. Primary backup for graphic design projects, completes special projects, and other administrative and miscellaneous duties as assigned.                          

 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field strongly preferred
  • 5+ years in Internet Marketing and/or Ecommerce with strong understanding of interactive and digital marketing; a solid understanding of online technologies,   best practices; and a tactical and strategic understanding of SEM, SEO and PPC
  • Experience in sales or marketing field 
  • Experience with interactive design principles, usability and online branding, including web page design and HTML editing capabilities.
  • Confident demeanor and high comfort level interacting with all personality types  with demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with experience delivering presentations to various groups including senior leaders
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple-tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire to learn and ability to adapt to changing routines and software
  • Extensive experience in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite products, web monitoring tools, web content management tools
  • Thorough knowledge of online practices – Google Ad Words, email marketing, etc.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP and web standards
  • Excellent understanding of diverse needs of Internet users
