STATUS: Full Time, Salaried QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Minimum of 5 yrs experience in web development/design management; solid knowledge of web development technologies, design software, mobile devices, social media platforms, and web tools required
• Strong design background, attention to detail, & communication skills required.
• Previous leadership/management experience essential
• Experience as a team member with the ability to establish & maintain  relationships
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and work well in pressure situations
• 4-year college degree preferred; broadcasting background helpful

  DUTIES:  

• Lead web/internet projects, design, and strategy development for all HBI TV stations; develop, implement, and manage online strategy; serve as primary digital media contact for all HBI TV
• Research and identify opportunities for growth; execute strategies
• Develop, expand and manage current web site designs; lead redesigns & enhancements
• Establish department protocols and procedures. Lead and train staff.
• Stay current and educated in the fast-changing areas of web development, design, social media and content creation
• Work with sales and account managers on creating web solutions for clients
• Create department revenue and expense budget and operate within budgets
• Build effective working relationships with management, co-workers, clients, vendors, and the general public
