We are seeking a digital producer for broadhead, one who knows what’s possible digitally, and utilizes this expertise to recommend and implement solutions for our clients and company.  Assists and supports manager in implementing online strategy and objectives through execution of digital processes.  Engages with other team members throughout organization to communicate specific strategy and direction and then collaborates with the team to deliver the greatest outcome for the project.  Will lead digital project implementation and facilitate communication among all agency teams – account, user experience, creative and web development – and outside vendors.  Works with AE and Project Managers to scope, define, estimate and manage budgets for digital projects, including websites, social media campaigns, online advertising (banners), apps, landing pages, and email marketing.

We require:  Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.   5+ years’ related, progressive agency experience managing and executing digital direct response projects such as emails, micro sites, banners, surveys, social marketing and web development.    Experience/familiarity in advertising project management and client service.UX experience, experience managing web or e-commerce initiatives, extensive knowledge of web technologies and constraints, extensive knowledge of web development process, especially design and production processes.  Also understanding of design standards for web pages and emails for optimum performance across all platforms and browsers and email clients.  Must have working knowledge of the end-to-end web production cycle.
