Responsibilities:

The Digital QA Analyst is the quality control gatekeeper for the Digital department to test and identify issues in all Digital external deliverables and finished client product.

• Test and check other team members work at points of time specified by the project manager or producer on the project timeline.

• Lead regular defect meetings during project execution and specific task assignments
•  
• Collect, log, and organize quality issues in defect management tool
•  
• Validate and log client feedback to be addressed by team
•  
• Write and perform ‘health check’ test scripts for monitoring of work already delivered into production environments
•  
• Lead and coordinate junior members of QA team
•  
• Provide clear and concise written and verbal instructions on all internal forms of communication
•  
• Advocate quality control practices and advise project leads on project stability and release quality
•  
• Create build documents for team as needed for review testing
•  
• Oversee the organization of jobs and tickets in defect management tool
•  
• Perform other duties as requested by manager

Education/Experience:

B.A., or equivalent education and/or work experience, with emphasis on marketing, design, advertising or software development.
