Position
We are looking for a creative and experienced digital sales leader for our Metro Sales team to grow revenue and strengthen relationships with local territory accounts. Key attributes of the ideal candidate include: 5+ years of digital media sales experience, proven track record of closing and growing business while meeting and exceeding goals, creative problem solver, detail oriented, strong communication and leadership skills and ability to deliver value and input to a rapidly evolving sales organization.
Ongoing Job responsibilities
· Manage and grow digital advertising revenue for Metro Sales Territory
· Oversee development of relationships with key clients and ad agencies
· Develop sales strategy for Metro Sales Territory supporting key and strategic clients
· Develop and own account planning and presentation of annual, mid-year, quarterly strategy and tactical plans
· Work with members of Digital Sales team, Product team and Ad Operations to deliver best in class solutions and campaign delivery
· Provide weekly revenue forecasts for Metro Sales Territory
Qualifications
· 5+ years of digital advertising sales with sales management experience
· Knowledge of and experience with the digital ad marketplace in Minneapolis
· Relationships with key accounts and agencies
· Proficient with all digital media metrics and corresponding tools: DART, ComScore, etc.
· Strong communication skills
