Director, Creative & Interactive Services

Fairview is seeking a Director of Creative and Interactive Services to lead and integrate interactive and off-line creative processes. This director will be responsible for engaging internal and external stakeholders to improve employee engagement, customer satisfaction and strategic growth. Knowledge of interactive, mobile, video and print delivery systems and experience managing teams is required.

Work with Fairview’s senior leadership team and direct large, complex technical projects to deliver interactive transformation and print/off-line automation.

Qualifications for this position include:

Knowledge of consumer segmentation and technographic profiling.
Knowledge of content management systems (prefer Oracle), HTML/XML and Rich Internet Applications.
Expert in search engine optimization.
Experience with e-mail marketing, streaming media technologies and video production and an understanding of emerging interactive trends.
Master’s degree and 5-plus years managing staff are require.
