Navitor has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced eCommerce professional to develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the growth of the eCommerce business. Reporting to the Vice President of eCommerce and Marketing, this position will play an integral role of developing and implementing a multi-channel ecommerce strategy as well as develop and lead a high-performing ecommerce team to achieve aggressive revenue and customer growth objectives of the business. The ideal candidate will possess strong blend of both strategic and technical acumen
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Directs the coordination and application of all eCommerce systems to ensure practical and efficient implementation, with consideration to cost/budget constraints and business strategy
· Oversees the development of business requirement documents, project timelines, implementation, and other system or project documentation as required
· Deploy industry best practices, trends and competitive factors and proactively advises senior managers on strategic deployment of ecommerce software and tools.
· Serves as the primary interface between the marketing and development team, business leaders, and third-party vendors
· Champions organizational adoption of agile methodologies
· Directs, supervises, and evaluates ecommerce staff, including setting priorities and scheduling tasks
· Defines metrics and KPIs to measure performance of the eCommerce strategy and implementation. Create and manage process for ongoing data collection to drive continual improvement of product, marketing and sales efforts. Establishes a customer feedback capability that feeds into analysis and development.
Experience Required:
· Exceptional organizational, team building, relationship and project management skills with demonstrated skill managing cross-functional and matrix teams to effectively achieve business goals.
· Three-Five (3+) years of total experience in developing and leading eCommerce businesses.
· Proven track record successfully developing and implementing eCommerce solutions.
· B2B experience in industrial and/or manufacturing company preferred.
· Strong financial acumen is required.
· Respected management and professional development experience mentoring leaders and other staff members.
· Strong leadership, communications and strategic planning skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams via fact-based business case for change
· Self-motivated problem solver with the proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Experienced with successful implementation of agile development processes and implementation
This position may be located in either our Mankato, MN or Twin Cities offices.
