The e-Commerce Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with several business units and online retail accounts to develop and execute campaign and promotional calendars, implement, test and improve merchandising and marketing tactics. Additionally, the e-Commerce Marketing specialist will measure and analyze tactics and suggest enhancements to increase traffic, conversion and revenue.

Interface with multiple business units to determine priority products and potential campaigns and promotions that can be utilized with Online Retail Accounts.

Engage with Online Retail Accounts to establish and manage rolling 90 day campaign and promotional calendar that aligns with business unit, business development manager and key account goals.

Utilize pre-defined templates to execute monthly demand generation and merchandising tactics according to the 90 day campaign and promotional calendar.

Collaborate with internal teams to create best practices for first in search initiatives, new product launch initiatives, landing page optimization and other e-commerce tactics.

Guide and coordinate the measurement of the effectiveness of eMarketing programs executed on account websites.

Examples include:

o Measurement of "first in search" initiatives and their impact on product sales.

o Banner advertisements analysis.

o Landing page optimization.

o Page content auditing.

o Promotional campaign setup, assessment and recommendations.

Bachelor’s Degree Required

2 years related Ecommerce Merchandising and Marketing experience

Ability to work with several business units, across multiple levels in the organization.

Demonstrated leadership and decision making skills

Demonstrated experience in e-commerce analytics and application of concepts to daily operations

Ability to manage multiple, detailed tasks with urgency and accuracy

Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize work
