Bellacor is looking for an experienced Email Marketing professional who will own the strategy and execution of email campaigns for Bellacor.com and its business unit(s). You will own campaign strategy & planning, campaign quality control, execution, tracking, budgeting and performance metrics.

You will contribute key analytical thinking and decision making and work within a department structure to identify and implement new strategies and processes to maximize revenue and profitability for all of email.

Responsibilities:

•       Drive retention, re-engagement and monetization through the email channel (and like channels)

•       Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to build tools that optimize email deployment, scalability and results.

•       Email Marketing Strategy, Goals and P&L

Desired Skills & Experience

•       Candidates must have a college degree in marketing or other business related fields.

•       3+ years experience in online marketing (e-commerce a plus)

•       2+ years experience in email marketing and program analysis

•       Ability to think strategically and work independently to plan and execute complex marketing programs and deliver against goals
Energetic and collaborative team player with the ability to self motivate
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

•       Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet aggressive goals and timelines

•       Strong spread sheet & database capabilities

•       Experience with web analytics (Site Catalyst)

•       HTML & Photoshop skills a plus
