The Lacek Group, the loyalty marketing practice of OgilvyOne Worldwide, is a data-driven interactive and direct marketing agency that designs and optimizes loyalty marketing programs for leading companies. We’re seeking an Email Specialist to join our talented team.

As a critical part of the client team, you’ll be responsible for the setup, testing and launching of email campaigns on behalf of our clients - on-time, on-budget and without any errors.

Key responsibilities:
•     Act as a subject matter expert on the auction tool to ensure we are gathering the appropriate level of detail and setting expectations for turnaround time.
•     Collaborate with the CSM/BA/QA in a SME capacity to make sure email setup and deployment requirements are captured correctly.
•     Set up and develop campaigns in Truition and Acxiom tools, this entails loading components including copy and assets.
•     Work with Client Services Managers to coordinate email deployment and tracking.
•     Develop test plans and execute testing efforts related to assigned auction and email campaign projects.
•     Test all auction and email campaigns according to project schedule to ensure the logic, design, copy, links and tracking are correct.
•     Communicate effectively with Client Services Managers and Project Management Office Supervisor regarding status of assigned tasks and projects.
•     Attend weekly status meetings and use internal collaboration tools for team communication.
•     Maintain awareness of email marketing trends/technologies/CAN-SPAM laws.

•     Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in cross functional, team-based environment
•     Strong communication, organization and prioritization skills
•     Strong attention to detail
•     Desire to work hard in fast-paced, dynamic environment
•     Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
•     Ability to manage time effectively, understand directions and work independently
•     Commitment to quality and delivering outstanding client experiences and value
•     Basic knowledge of HTML
•     Working knowledge of cross-browser and email environments (Firefox, IE, Netscape, AOL Outlook, Lotus Notes, etc.)
•     Email deployment experience; experience with Truition and/or Acxiom is a plus
•     0-2 years experience in the email marketing or interactive marketing industry desired
