True Talent Group, the fastest growing marketing, creative and interactive talent agency in the twin cities is looking for a Freelance Art Director with 4+ years of professional experience.

In this role you will be working on freelance projects with a fantastic retail client. Projects include html emails, banner ads, web page design and print design. Ability to do fantastic hand illustrations a huge plus.

This candidate must have expertise in creating innovative, inviting, customer-focused web and print design experiences in collaboration with designers, developers, product mangers, project managers and the sales and marketing team on a freelance basis.

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent professional experience.

• 4+ years experience as an interactive designer, preferably with 4+ years in an interactive agency environment.

• Strong understanding of web technologies (as they relate to creative concept development and design), interaction and experience design.

• Prior experience in an agency or media environment working with a consumer retail brand. • Formal design training with solid typography, graphic, and interaction design skills.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite. Working knowledge of Flash, Actionscript 2 and 3 and HTML, CSS and Javascript.
