The Creative Group  is looking for FRONT END DEVELOPERS/ INTERACTIVE DESIGNERS
The Interactive Designer/Developer is involved in the design, development and management of all intranet and internet projects for the agency and its clients.  This person should be skilled at designing and developing websites that are functional, dynamic, effective and capable of maintaining the brand image, and achieving the strategic goals/objectives as determined in client proposals.
This person helps to oversee the work of designated teams within the agency who produce, maintain and update content and design for all agency produced and maintained websites.
 The Interactive Designer/Developer should be capable of handling multiple projects and must be a self-starter with the ability to think outside of the box.
The Interactive Designer/Developer should have extensive knowledge of and experience in web usability and interactive design.  Some experience with web technologies such as: HTML, JavaScript, Flash is preferred.  This person should also have extensive experience with and/or knowledge of information architecture, user interface standards, web navigation, web page layout, cross platform issues, browser and platform compatibility and capability, animation, image compression, size and speed issues. This person should also be knowledgeable in Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing tactics.
Responsibilities:
• Adhere to clients Interactive Development Process.
• Participate in regular interactive department meetings as necessary or assigned.
• Follow company procedures and policies, including those for attendance, punctuality, leaves and daily time reporting.
• Review interactive strategies and recommend improvements.
• Ensure client needs are properly and efficiently met.
• Develop and design interactive websites that conform to client requirements, usability standards and general web best practices.
• Be involved in creation of information architecture elements including sitemaps, wireframes, audience profiles, competitive analyses and conceptual models.
• Be involved in the daily process of interactive design and project development.
• Help to produce and present website plans and proposals, and help to design websites and interactive user interfaces.
• Stay current with regard to web design trends, tools and best or emerging practices.
• Participate in staff training to ensure web design and development personnel maintain a high level of skills and knowledge.
• Participate in agency/client performance plan reviews.
 
Requirements: 
• Prefer a minimum B.A. or B.S. in design, marketing, advertising, communications or related curriculum.
• Minimum of three to five years as an Interactive Designer/Developer at another agency or equivalent experience in Interactive development.
• Must have demonstrated ability to perform all duties required as an Interactive Designer/Developer as described in the applicable job description. Software requirements include: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash, Word, Powerpoint
