Sportsdigita is seeking a talented and dynamic Front-End Web Developer for a 1-2 month contract position. For the right individual there is the potential for this to turn into a permanent hire.

Responsibilities:

-Bring amazing design to life. Create websites and web-based applications beginning with prototypes and progressing through site launch using HTML, Java Script and CSS

-Advocate web interaction design best practices with a focus on consistency and usability

-Work closely with back-end developers to create the best possible user experience

Education and/or Relevant Experience:

-Bachelor's Degree (preferred, but not required)

-Minimum of 3 years web development experience

-Strong HTML/HTML5, JavaScript and CSS skills. You should be able to hand-code clean semantic HTML and CSS

-A solid understanding of cross-browser issues and bugs

-Adherence to web standards, usability and best practices

-Ability to understand and interpret existing site design and style guides to inform your work

-Experience with PHP, Drupal or other CMS a plus
