Experience Requirements:
·         Leading large scale customer facing UX projects
·         Creating personas, taskflows, wireframes, and detailed specification documentation
·         Facilitating large cross-functional and vendor meetings (30 people)
·         Collaborating with developers, designers, business partners and project managers
·         Self-directed, sees what needs to happen and works to get the job done
·         Able to jump in and get up to speed quickly
·         Axure experience (or willingness to learn it on the job in an efficient manner)
·         Retail ecommerce experience preferred
