Interactive Marketing Communications Manager Creatis

Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager, Interactive Marketing will manage interactive projects from business concept through to launch. Responsibilities include understanding business strategies, helping translate into applicable interactive experiences, and managing projects from definition through post implementation ensuring deliverables, timelines and budgets are met. This position reports to the Director, Online Marketing.

The Marketing Manager, Interactive Marketing will:
- Manage a National Roll Out project to launch including working cross - organizationally and with external vendors.
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and commitments are met and provide exceptional communication to team members, leaders, and stakeholders throughout the process.
- Be the primary Interactive Marketing point of contact for assigned key initiatives working cross-organizationally to identify possible solutions and gain buy-in from all key stakeholders on the recommended solution.
- Translate business strategy into applicable interactive experiences that drive business results and meet business and user goals.
- Oversee and manage program and project development from definition through delivery including identifying key success measures.
- Manage program cost, scope and schedule.
- Develop and deliver ongoing communications to ensure all stakeholders are informed about project status and measures of success.

Specific Skill or Knowledge Required:
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years related experience with interactive marketing; must possess a solid understanding of online technologies and best practices.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive working relationships.
- Exceptional ability to build and leverage relationships across organizational boundaries; effective in influencing change in a matrix environment.
- Superior organizational skills able to effectively manage multiple priorities concurrently and thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
- Strong communication skills including experience delivering presentations to senior leaders and various sized groups; strong written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into innovative interactive deliverables that drive results; experience in writing business requirements and helping translate to technical requirements preferred. Interactive program and project management experience including managing cost, scope and schedule.
