Job Description
Interactive Marketing Manager
 
This position is responsible for managing and producing content for the website and online marketing efforts, editing content from others, and doing original writing.   Responsibilities include ensuring that all content is both consistently written according to brand and design guidelines, and meets web usability and SEO standards. This position will work with other departments to execute and prioritize web site content. The successful candidate will be a strong project manager, who can work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. This position will report to the Vice President, Marketing for CyberPower. 
 Responsibilities:
·         Web site content updates, including managing and updating product comparison engine
·         Manage Web design partner to ensure usability and brand integrity
·         Manage search engine marketing opportunities
·         Social media updates, including Facebook and Twitter updates
·         Design, write and disseminate email marketing campaigns
·         Utilize Google Analytics to track site performance and make recommendations
·         Write Press Releases on new products, awards, promotions, etc.
·         Write and disseminate company newsletters, include Smart Partners
·         Assist in the creation of flyers, sell sheets and ads with the use of Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign to create flyers and ads
 
 
Content
·         Developing content strategy based on business objectives and customer needs.
·         Determining projects' overall content requirements and potential content sources.
·         Manage and ensure website content that it is timely, relevant, accurate, and positively reflects a strong company image.
·         Technical writing experience or IT experience preferred
·         Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and/or Illustrator
·         Keep up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends.
·         Microsoft Office Experience required
·         Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Journalism preferred.
·         3+ year of experience in internet and/or ecommerce with hands on experience in site usability required
