Job Purpose/Role

 

The purpose of this position is to manage and coordinate strategy, content, and integration of interactive marketing for the US Marketing efforts in order to drive user goals and business objectives. The manager will work with the Senior Director, US Marketing, Senior Manager US & Interactive Marketing, members of the US Marketing Group including various US OE representatives and the AZLife Interactive Marketing team. and serve as a liaison to Group Market Management (GMM), IT, and the designated interactive agency. The Manager of US Marketing will be accountable for executing and coordinating the curation and development of content to further support and drive the overall US Marketing strategy and will be responsible for key online metrics stemming from utilization of interactive assets (content, functionality, tools, etc.)

 

This is accomplished by working across US OEs, business lines, and communications channels to integrate interactive into the overall marketing mix and generate and share relevant content.

 

Key Responsibilities

Execution, testing, optimization

- Provide thought leadership for marketing projects

- Oversee testing for multiple solutions when possible

- Optimize marketing and digital presence to improve results

 

- Interface with team responsible for review and analysis of user interactions with marketing content and communicate insights

 

- Manage dashboards for US Marketing

 

Communications & Content

- Integrate, create, and manage interactive (digital) content and material

- Maintain ongoing communication and integration with AZ Life

 

Interactive team

- Create and manage ongoing communications with constituents

- Present strategy and results up, down and across the enterprise

- Effectively influence internal and external stakeholders (with help of leadership team)

- Negotiate when appropriate

- Participate in cross-enterprise initiatives

 

Development and administrative

- Research interactive marketing trends

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:

- Experience in the financial services industry preferred

- 4+ year marketing experience with interactive marketing experience included

- Ability to articulate ROI of interactive marketing

- Strong writing and content development skills

- Basic understanding of web analytics

- Knowledge of interactive project life cycle management

- Experience managing projects end-to-end

- Mobile and social marketing experience preferred

- Strong business development experience on- and offline

- Competitive analysis skills

- Business presentation skills: influence up, down and across the enterprise

Education:

 

- 4 year degree required
