Responsibilities:
Manage testing efforts related to the My Financial Accounts secure client website. Testing efforts are gnerally managed at a release level, and the release may include production-related upgrades, small enhancements and large-scale project work. This requires close supervision to ensure we are on schedule and delivering a high quality end product. This is also a close partnership with the technology organization through these work efforts. -Partner closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts throughout the testing life cycle. Provide best practices and expertise to these team members to ensure testing efforts continue moving in the right direction. -Coordinate testing efforts with other departments, to ensure all peripheral systems are included in test planning and execution. -Identify test script overlap across all initiatives, to call out duplicates and eliminate redundancies across teams. Also coordinate with various teams to avoid duplicate defects logged in tracking systems. -Provide regular reporting and status updates to ensure leadership understands testing progress and key statistics (i.e., scripts executed, passed, ready for retest). -Provide or develop subject matter expertise of secure client website and the Quick Test Professional (QTP) software, eventually becoming a knowledge expert of these systems. Faciliate testing meetings, and provide needed documentation to ensure an efficient and smoothly run discussion.

Results oriented with an eye for detail and the ability to develop an understanding of technology as it relates to the client experience. -Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex topics to both business and technology audiences. -An analytical mind with strong organizational skills. -An ability to work indipendently and within a team, build relationships, interact effectively with business partners, and recognize with to escalate issues. -Demonstrative system test planning and execution experience. -Experience with project mothodology, such as AQMS, preferred. - Bachelor's degree. -Financial services experience preferred.
