Ace Freelance Pros, Inc. has two openings for contract interactive project mangers with a prominent downtown Minneapolis agency.

Qualifications:

- Experience leading a team in all aspects of project execution (programmers, project managers, etc.)

- Basic background knowledge of Web front-end (ex. site usability and look & feel) and back-end (ex. programming and hosting) practices is essential

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to work with tight and aggressive deadlines

- Familiar with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Internet/new media industry

- Familiar with programming and artistic design and design process

- Knowledge of e-mail and database marketing; including database functionality, email formats and regulations, and copywriting principles

- Familiar with element of marketing mix, i.e media, interactive, relationship marketing, promotions, advertising and merchandising

- Skilled in using project management applications (ex. Microsoft Project, BaseCamp)

- Solid grammar and writing skills

- BA / MBA in Marketing, Advertising, or similar

- 2+ years experience in interactive projects and campaign management
