Position Overview:

As the IT Sourcer/Recruiter at Jobs2web, you will be responsible for sourcing/qualifying candidates for open positions across the company to include:

•             Collaborating with hiring managers to create effective strategies for filling positions in a timely manner with high caliber talent.

•             Directly sourcing candidates using the Jobs2web platform and additional sourcing tools.

•             Qualifying candidates at the start of the interviewing/selection process (at the discretion of the hiring manager).

•             Maintaining open communications internally and externally and proactively contributing to a smooth transition process from selection to on-boarding.

In addition, you will provide revolutionary HR service to our internal talent. What You'll Do:

•             Direct, hands-on candidate sourcing.

•             Build and manage a robust talent pipeline.

•             Consult with hiring managers on sourcing and recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill positions.

•             Audit and support standardization of job descriptions.

•             Assist with general HR duties as assigned, including employee relations, policy administration, compensation, and benefits.

•             Partner with the Payroll/HR Administrator as needed to assist with employee records, payroll, compensation, benefits, etc.

•             Partner with Training to provide an effective on-boarding experience.

•             Other HR related projects as requested.

What You'll Need -- Knowledge and Experience:

•             Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.

•             3-5 years of recruiting experience, including significant expertise in candidate sourcing.

•             Proven experience in IT sourcing strongly preferred.

•             Experience in sourcing for positions located remotely/in other cities in the US.

•             Experience working with a wide variety of online recruiting tools highly desired.

•             Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
