Preston Kelly is looking for an ambitious, superlatively talented designer who is short on years in the business, but long on a great Jr. portfolio and potential.  A strong candidate will have proof of his or her ability to hit the ground running with brand identity, promotional logos, posters and other P.O.P., as well as the occasional piece of conceptual collateral. The ideal candidate will also have done some interface design and maybe a website or two, and will be hungry to do more. You’ll have a chance to work with writers who were in nearly all the major award shows last year and to work at an agency named 2010 Midwest Small Agency of the Year by Ad Age magazine.
