Ecreativeworks is looking for a lead developer who is interested in guiding and supporting a team of website developers with e-commerce websites, configurators, and custom application projects, these projects will include implementing elements for custom part building applications, filtering thousands of products, and integration with ERP software via XML or other means.
 Job Duties and Information:

    This role is responsible for leading a diverse team of developers through the design, development and deployment of websites and applications.
    Oversee application coding, mentor developers, diagnose and assist in fixing bugs.
    Manage the additions and expansion of base company applications.
    Review and recommend new application technologies to improve Ecreativeworks offerings and applications.
    Assist the sales team in project solutions and bidding.

 Position Requirements:

    4 years PHP/MySQL experience.
    Experience with leading and mentoring other developers.
    Advanced HTML/CSS knowledge.
    Strong knowledge of JavaScript / JS libraries (jquery/mootools a plus).
    Proven experience with sites that interface with e-commerce and database-driven apps.
    Ability to work independently under deadlines.
    Strong attention to detail / ability to produce quality work with minimal bugs.
    Ability to work with and without established frameworks.

 Preferred Qualities in Applicants:

    Associates degree or BS in Computer Science / Information Systems (or related degree).
    Experience working in a team environment.
    Strong knowledge of ecommerce applications, including understanding the building and maintaining of modules and working knowledge of the HTMLe plugin system.
    ASP.NET / MS SQL experience.
    Flash / ActionScript or Flex experience.
    Knowledge of GIT
