 Are you a Managing Director?
If so, you are the person who sets the bar internally regarding business strategy and client service. You set and maintain expectations with our clients and our network partners. You are key to our business relationships and profitability. And you play a large role in new business development.

 Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for client satisfaction, internal relationships and processes

• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the client, oversees strategic planning initiatives, monitors day-to-day client

engagements and supports the productivity and career development of members of the account team

• Reports to the Managing Director on account status, income, expense planning and control, and leads to define/

adjust the strategic vision for the account, as well as in the development/execution of the overall account plan

• Development of internal resource allocation plans for new business wins and AOR client relationships

• AOR relationship structure and development: Contract negotiations; contract maintenance; Client business reviews

• High level Client contact & relationships

• Set Client creative expectations and help sell great work

• Collaborate on creative development and provide clear strategic direction to creative team

• Annual account plans and account reviews

• Internal reporting on Agency performance, issues, and opportunities for improvement

• Leadership of account service team by providing regular feedback, development opportunities, and training as

needed to enhance team's skills and performance

• Maintain profitability of agency AOR and project-based accounts

Qualifications

• 12+ years on service side account management or strategic planning in an advertising agency

• Experience establishing, structuring and development of AOR accounts

• Ability to move from analysis to concept and persuasively introduce new ideas

• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing Client relationships

• Excellent strategic, written and presentation skills

• Entrepreneurial instincts or experience

• Proven ability to manage and inspire a team with consultative mindset

• Ability to keep composure in high stress situations with superior organizational and time management skills
