Primary Objective(s)

FindLaw's Product Marketing team is looking for an experienced Marketer to join the team! The team is responsible for creating, managing and promoting products for small to medium law firms that help capture prospective clients while they search the internet. We are looking for someone who is passionate about product marketing, delivers results and excels in a fast paced environment.

In this role, the Marketer will support assigned projects within the core website portfolio of business. In support of Sr. Marketers and Managers, this individual will work with internal customers (Executives, Sales, Product Development, Customer Operations, and Finance) to execute and manage assigned marketing plans and programs that grow sales and preserve revenue and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing- Implement assigned projects that support the marketing function . Support the identification, evaluation, and recommendation of marketing opportunities consistent with product line financial objectives
- Financial Results- Analyze market data, feedback and product performance to create marketing messages, promotions, incentives and programs which drive new sales and retain customers. Analyze product sales results post-launch and promotions using qualitative and quantitative techniques
- Consensus Building- Work collaboratively with product development, finance, SAM, West market research and customer operations to gain approval on market opportunity initiatives
- Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously, in highly matrixed organization, with skill, attention to detail, tenacity, and a focus on results. Drive timelines to achieve deliverables. Report status to executive teamQualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

- BA/BS from a reputed University required in a related field. MBA a plus
- 5+ years direct experience delivering measurable financial results in a marketing capacity
- Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated quantitative and financial acumen
- Experienced at working directly with sales channels
- Strong track record of setting and achieving results
- Superior communications skills
- Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels
- Extremely well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with web-based applications, search marketing, and current Internet trends
- Web Analytics a plus
