We currently sell modern Finnish design (home décor, tabletop, textiles, furniture, and more) and rain umbrellas directly to consumers worldwide. We are a fast-growing, privately-owned company with huge potential.

We seek an entrepreneurial and creative copywriter to accelerate our growth. You must be a person who can operate strategically, creatively and tactically; someone who can analyze needs and tools available, create a resourceful plan, and then roll up their sleeves and execute.

Requirements:

• Product Copywriting: Create captivating copy for new products, edit product descriptions, and researching products, brands, designers as well as trends. We sell everything from furniture and clothing to cookware and candy, so imaginative and persuasive writing ability is a must.
• Press Releases: Craft compelling press releases around new products, websites and brands that will generate maximum press exposure.
• Content Management: Assist in adding new products, removing products, updating pricing, photos, etc.
• Proofreading: Proof e-newsletters, direct marketing pieces, website content, and other marketing communications with a strong attention to detail.

Specific Skills:

• Creative and persuasive writing ability.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of general marketing principles.

• Experience using Photoshop for basic image editing.
• BA/BS in related field or equivalent work experience.
