General Functions:

• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates

• Qualify candidates for submittal to open job orders

• Stay abreast of emerging industry hiring trends and better ways to serve clients.

• Attend the functions of industry associations on a weekly basis to build your candidate pipeline and promote the Celarity brand.

• Manage talent relationships
