To continue this expansion as one of the fastest growing labor law compliance providers in our industry, we are looking for a talented and fun Marketing Specialist with B2B experience to join our team. This position will report to the Director of Marketing and work on cross-functional project teams.
Position Summary
GovDocs is looking for a creative marketer who is passionate about communication, customer experience, website design and copywriting. The Marketing Manager's primary responsibility is to support GovDocs marketing projects including: branding, email marketing design and execution, pay per click campaign management and improving our online customer experience. This position will be instrumental to GovDocs' continued growth, requiring excellent project management, critical thinking and writing skills.
Responsibilities
Take the reins to manage a diverse range of marketing tools and tactics.
o Marketing material creation
• Promotional emails
• Brochures, proposals and sell sheets
• Trade show collateral
• Press releases
o Increase traffic to website
• Manage pay per click campaigns (analytics, A/B testing, landing pages, ad copy…)
• Track and improve search engine rankings
• Analyze website trends to improve site design

o Pay per click ads
o Customer case studies Evaluate the market, craft the message and deliver to precisely the right people.
o Assist in the creation of sales collateral
o Evaluate the market to create targeted campaigns
Qualifications
• B.A. in marketing, communications or related field
• 3-6 years experience in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
• Experience with email service providers
• E-commerce, search engine marketing and pay per click experience a plus
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects
• Enjoys creative writing
• Team-oriented
• Good sense of humor
